The fee to consign is $8.00 and is non-refundable.

As the sale is held twice a year, we accept new items the week leading up to the sale dates.  At the end of our sale, all items not sold are either returned to the consignor or are donated to a community based organization. 

We open the computer program for our consignors at least 8 weeks prior to the sale to give the consignors time to enter their items into the system.  The computer program stops allowing entry of items or edits to item tags at noon the Monday of sale week.  This is a MSM Program function so there are no exceptions.  

We charge a fee of 30% on the sale price of your items. This fee is then donated to local nonprofits that support children and families (like God's Pantry, CASA, Hope's Wings, and the Pregnancy Help Center). 

We print all consignor checks on the Saturday of the sale.  If consignors donate their unsold items, Tykes & Teens will mail the consignor's check at no charge.  

The 30% consignor fee Tykes & Teens receives from the sale of your items is tax deductible. Any items donated at the end of the sale are also considered tax deductible. The My Sale Manager computer program will print the appropriate tax forms through your consignor login portal. The forms are available until the program is opened for the next sale. After that, Tykes & Teens cannot access this data.
