Starting Fall / Winter 2026, we will be implementing a color-coded system with our tags. This system was a game changer in the Spring of 2026. This color-coding allows the volunteer team to separate your items faster at breakdown on Saturday, meaning we can get you your check and returning items together faster, allowing you to get your check and items sooner - freeing up your Saturday evening! [We will still offer a Monday evening pick-up option.] Please see below on how to properly prepare your tags. If you use our tag printing service - we will do this for you.
If you do not have the color highlighter needed - no worries. We will have highlighters at check-in! We will ask sellers who do not have their tags highlighted when they arrive, to highlight their tags before leaving.

As in the Seller Instructional Guide - We ask sellers to highlight the words “Tykes & Teens” on their tags prior to tagging your items. We found that highlighting the seller number can sometimes smear the number.
Sellers with numbers 1000 - 1099 will use PURPLE.
Sellers with numbers 1100 - 1199 will use GREEN.
Don’t have the color we ask for? We will have highlighters available at check-in for use. We will ask that you highlight your tags before you leave if it is not done before checking in.

We will offer free tag printing until July 5th. You can pick up your tags from a committee member at a designated time & place. We will even highlight your tags for you!
We ask that you request your tags through the below link once you have all (or the majority) of your items entered.
After the first weekend in July, things get much busier for your volunteer committee members. We will still offer tag printing from July 6th to July 25th but for a $5 fee (deducted from your check). Highlighting / color-coding your tags is still part of the service!!

We strive to have all of your unsold items and your check ready for pickup by 5:30pm on the Saturday of the sale. Sometimes things happen and we may run late. With the new color-coding system we have implemented, we are hoping to have your items sorted and checks ready more efficiently. We will post to Facebook & Instagram when everything is ready. Please do not come before we say we are ready. We will NOT be able to accommodate anyone until all items have been processed after the sale.

We also offer an option to pickup your unsold items & checks on Monday evening after the sale. We love this option so you do not have to interrupt your Saturday evening if you have plans.
All unsold items left with Tykes & Teens at 7:00pm on Monday will be donated. This is part of the seller agreement and also on the seller check-in form when you drop off your items.
